I do get sound out of my computer, but it is real tinny and there is very little bass. My problem remains unresolved and I get the same error messages when I try to start either Dolby program.

I found a later version of the Dolby Advanced Audio v2 program for Windows 8.1 with the exact same driver version as installed by Windows 10 on a Lenovo website (Acer support site has nothing). My sound has not been working great since I upgraded to windows 10.
